“How can I receive my order?”
Options for delivery order are the following:

• Pickup from your nearest cosmossport store. Cosmos Sport.
• Delivery to you (home, office, etc.).
• Pick up from one of the 40+ ACS stores. There is one close by you!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
How excited are you to receive your new shoes, clothes or accessories? That’s why we priorities our orders in order to get them to you as soon as possible. For delivery to your place of preference, or pick-up from your nearest 40+ ACS stores, it requires 10 to 12 working days while for pick-up from cosmossport stores Cosmos Sport it only takes a few minutes (if the product is already in our store you chose) otherwise up to 10 (working) days. 

Shipping & Delivery may be delayed due to unexpected conditions (availability of the product in warehouse outside the central, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) or during periods of particularly high demand (official discount periods, offer days). We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding if your order is not on time. Rest be assured that we exceed our limits to meet your expectations.


What is the shipping cost?

• For delivery to any of our Cosmos Sport stores, shipment cost is FREE.
• Shipping cost to your point of preference (home, office, etc.) is with FREE of charge for orders over 49€ (and cost 3.99€ for orders of lower value).
• For delivery to one of the 40+ ACS Courier Stores is with FREE of charge for all orders, regardless the value!
  
  

“Who will deliver my order?”
ACS is responsible for shipments throughout Cyprus.


Can I track my order?
Once your order with your preferred delivery destination of home/office/ACS Courier stores is ready to be sent, you will receive an email as well as an SMS following with your Shipping number.

“How do I receive my order at home/office?”

If you have chosen this delivery method, an ACS representative will deliver the parcel to the address you have filled in.


How do I pick up my order from your store?
If you have chosen pickup from a Cosmos Sport store you will be updated via email and / or sms about the arrival of the order at the store of your choice (in the meantime you will have 5 working days to pick it up).
