Collecting your order from our stores is free of charge.

When will I receive it?
Your order shipping time is estimated between 2 to 4 working days from the day the order was submitted. Collection days are Monday to Sunday. The receiving hours vary as the store opening hours.

How will I be informed about collecting my order?
Once your order is ready, you will be informed via SMS and e-mail about collection. You’re order will be in store for 4 days.

What is the pickup cost?

Collection from the store is free of charge in one of the 40+ ACS Courier.

How many days before l receive my order?

The delivery time of your order within Cyprus is usually 10 to 12 working days from the time the order was submitted, while you have the option to choose a special delivery time zone! If anything else occurs, we will directly contact you via message (sms/email) about its progress. Our courier partner for shipments in Cyprus is ACS.

Can I track my order?
You can easily track it just by using the tracking No. (type 01-ΧΧΧΧΧΧ) which has been added to your confirmation email, or simply by entering the phone number that you have registered the order! Find your order here!

What is the pickup cost?

Shipping is just 3.99€ for orders under 49€, while it is FREE for orders over 49€ and delivery is by ACS courier.
